Often times the community asks AYEN to train their members in varying skills.

To us, this is a way that we are able to give back to our community through supporting, especially, agricultural education.

During these sessions, we relate with our communities and get to understand their concerns. It is also a learning opportunity for us, especially, that they teach us too and share more about our environment and community.

In the picture, our farm manager Maxwell conducts a training to Nenanyim farmers group, on how to look after your cow.
